Smithwick creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Spartilius with a big uppercut! Spartilius tries to clinch up but Smithwick pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Spartilius to the mat! Spartilius covers up and Smithwick unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Radic shoots in and gets a takedown into McCrae's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Radic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Radic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
