Demetrio throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Santana was covering up waiting for the punch and Demetrio finishes the takedown easily into guard.

We've been hearing good reports from Santana's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

I think Burza might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Guns N' Roses - Welcome To The Jungle. Uusierkki has chosen Rob Zombie - Never Gonna Stop (The Red Red Kroovy) as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

My spies in The Warehouse inform me that Ghotha has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Tango is looking to control Ghotha's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tango avoid being mounted?

Kongo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Herald throws out the jab.

Kongo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kongo wants to land a leg kick but Herald is out of range.
Kongo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Herald swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kongo gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

A looping hook to the body misses from Kongo. Herald does a little dance to reset his feet.

Kongo clinches with his opponent.
Kongo tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Herald struggles to land a body shot inside as Kongo controls his hands.
Herald prevents a body shot from Kongo.

Herald pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Herald ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Kongo defending well as Herald loads up on a big left hand.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Herald's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kongo under the eye.

That has opened up Kingo Kongo's cut even more.
Herald ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've been told by Herald's head coaches at The Consortium - Rio (Message for Tryouts) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Kongo looks winded!
Herald circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Kongo to the canvas! Kongo doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Herald keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
