The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pearmine changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Panos looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Panos looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Pearmine is working to tighten his grip on Panos's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Panos has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Pearmine is really squeezing tight and eventually Panos passes out! Pearmine breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Bonan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Morbid Angel - Immortal Rites. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoy pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Bonan is looking to clinch but Hoy is avoiding it.
Bonan takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Lath Hoy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hoy uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bonan.
Hoy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bonan moves away.
Hoy shoots in looking for a takedown but Bonan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hoy's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A right-left combo lands from Bonan.
Bonan shoots in but Hoy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
