A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Stumpp.
Walken fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stumpp manages to avoid it.
The crowd cheers as Walken lands an impressive looking overhand right. Stumpp doesn't seem phased though.
Stumpp misses with a low kick.
Walken just misses with a punch to the body.
Walken moves out of range of the leg kick from Stumpp.
Walken throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Stumpp takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Stumpp moves away from the strike by Walken.
Walken ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stumpp moves away.
Stumpp lands a leg kick that knocks Walken off balance momentarily.
Stumpp has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Stumpp throws a nice outside leg kick.
Walken shoots for a double leg takedown but Stumpp sprawls well. He's pushed Walken's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Evansen throws a predictable looking body shot
enabling McKay to counter with a crisp jab.
McKay showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Evansen.
Evansen misses the body punch
and McKay counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
McKay checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Evansen chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before McKay can pounce on him.
McKay buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Evansen.
Evansen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McKay manages to avoid it.
Evansen tried to score with a low kick but McKay checks it.
Evansen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Evansen closes this distance looking for a takedown but McKay circles away.
McKay lands with a kick to the ribs.
Evansen misses with a hook. McKay ducked under it nicely.
No luck for Evansen with that takedown attempt.
McKay uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Evansen.
McKay lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

McKay lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
McKay lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Evansen at a distance.
Evansen is breathing heavily.
McKay scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A left and a right from McKay both land. Nice combination.
Evansen takes a swing at McKay's ribcage but misses.
Evansen is looking to wear down McKay with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

McKay connects with a body shot that sends Evansen's belly button to the back.
