I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Soham Roy was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Roy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kable is just riding it out for now. Roy eventually gives up the hold.

Roy closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kable shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Kable with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Kable! Roy is backing up but he can't get away as Kable lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Roy and ends the fight. Great knockout.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that McWhiskey has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

McWhiskey tries to counter by closing the distance.
Seia lands a brutal uppercut that launches McWhiskey off his feet! McWhiskey tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Gatame changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stormcrow tries to avoid it but Gatame manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stormcrow to the ground. Stormcrow escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Stormcrow lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Stormcrow is looking to wear down Gatame with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Stormcrow digs a right hand underneath Gatame's ribcage. Gatame let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Stormcrow throws a big uppercut that drops Gatame! More strikes from Stormcrow and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Gatame lies dazed against the cage as Stormcrow celebrates with his cornermen!

In his post fight interview, Bowser Stormcrow started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
