St Garcia ducks under a wild hook from Freire.

Freire bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Freire lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

St Garcia is rocked!
Freire lands an uppercut out of nowhere! St Garcia falls backwards - clearly groggy! Freire dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Patricio Freire decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.

Minotauro Nog told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Nog closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Cartman did well to prevent Nog getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Nog tries to stand and escape but Cartman actually recovers to full guard.
Nog wants to control from the top but Cartman keeps moving.

Cartman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nog gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Nog remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
