I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sergei Simenkov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Simenkov has Huddlestone up against the cage in a clinch.
Simenkov has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Huddlestone avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Huddlestone works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Huddlestone is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Demon's Elite Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Huddlestone has his foot on Simenkov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Simenkov works his way back into a safe position though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Overstreet fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pierre has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Overstreet has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Public Enemy.
