Undercard bout

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pale Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monster comes into the arena with Therapy blaring out of the sound system. Masters has chosen Simply the Best as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Masters misses with a kick to the body.
Monster was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Masters has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Monster is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Masters avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Monster throws a right and a left that Masters avoids nicely.
Masters goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Masters throws a front kick aimed at Monster's knee but Monster avoids it well.
Monster tries to close the distance and clinch but Masters swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
We've been hearing reports that Monster has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Myron Echoes was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Galante feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hart lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Quint head around and knocks him out cold! Hart hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Farrelly steps in with a hook that catches Snape right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Farrelly follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Snape looks absolutely devastated.
