MacDonald misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

MacDonald ducks straight into an uppercut from Saurus and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - MacDonald manages to regain guard straight away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Saurus's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Saurus lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked MacDonald! More strikes land and this one is all over! Saurus jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

I think Domingo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Smoke Serpent "Jui-Jitsu". Gamer has chosen krolithika as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

We've been hearing good reports from Domingo's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Digital has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Risley takes one to the chin there.
Digital tries to work over Risley's front leg with a kick but Risley checks it.
Risley on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Digital throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Risley is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Good work by Risley as he checks the leg kick.
Risley wants to clinch.
Risley feints and then cracks Digital's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Digital down.

and Digital connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

A jab from Digital finds it's way through Risley's defenses.

Digital throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Oh Risley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Digital tries to bum rush Risley with a series of wild strikes but Risley uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Digital lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Risley at a distance.

and Digital counters with a double leg. Risley bangs his head on the mat and seems to be on queer street here... Digital follows up with punches and the ref steps in to end the fight! It was the slam that caused all the problems.

After the fight, Bobby Digital was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
