The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volundr misses with a right hand
and Drogo counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Vidarr Volundr has been cut.
Khal Drogo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drogo throws a head kick that misses.
Drogo throws a looping overhand right but Volundr ducks down to avoid it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Volundr! But no joy.
A big left from Drogo misses.
Volundr misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Drogo.

Drogo throws out a head kick that Volundr doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Volundr crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Volundr's eyes and has decided to let it go on!

Drogo scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Volundr doesn't seem bothered though.

and before Volundr can reset, Drogo rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Volundr is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!
Volundr is still on wobbly legs! Can Drogo finish him?
Drogo connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Volundr's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Volundr - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!
