The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donalds takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Pettersson connects with a high kick.
Donalds shoots in for a takedown but Pettersson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A head kick misses from Pettersson.
Pettersson tries a head kick but it misses.
Donalds with the counter takedown but Pettersson avoids it easily.
Pettersson tries to land a front kick but Donalds steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Pettersson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
And Donalds tries to counter it with a takedown but Pettersson pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Donalds drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pettersson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Donalds has Pettersson in his guard.

Donalds is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Ragnarson covers up and Eliasson unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
