Harris has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Harris jerks Lincoln's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Lincoln drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Harris goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Harris because Lincoln was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

I think Bishop might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to KRS-One - MC's Act Like They Don't Know. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

After initially coming in at 156.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Steve Ignorant has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?
