Harris has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

A head kick from Harris lands but Lincoln takes it in his stride.

Harris jerks Lincoln's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Lincoln drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Harris goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Harris because Lincoln was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rich Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bishop might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to KRS-One - MC's Act Like They Don't Know. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Steve Ignorant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Polo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ignorant's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, General Bacardi. Polo has chosen On The Floor as his entrance music. Steve Ignorant had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Steve Ignorant has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Pencil swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Pencil takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Darren Lockyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lockyer cracks Pencil with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Pencil tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Lockyer pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Pencil is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

After the fight, Darren Lockyer was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
