And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimo Ovaska!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baroni steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ovaska.
It looked like Baroni wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Ovaska ducks under a wild hook from Baroni.
Ovaska clobbers Baroni with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Baroni fails in his attempt to clinch.
Ovaska avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Baroni throws a head kick that misses.

Baroni fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ovaska on the side of the head.
Ovaska lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Baroni circles away quickly and effectively.

Baroni throws a push kick but Ovaska slaps the foot to one side.

Ovaska lands a left and a right that send Baroni crashing to the mat, dazed. Ovaska thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Tommaso Baroni has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ovaska attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Ovaska throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Baroni sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Ovaska lands a body shot.
Baroni needs to keep his hands up - Ovaska had a free shot at his head there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ovaska dips to his left and cracks Baroni with an uppercut!
Baroni looks to land a right hand but Ovaska moved out of range.
Baroni throws a leg kick which misses Ovaska's front leg but catches the back leg as Ovaska tries to avoid it.
Baroni tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Ovaska manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nice body punch from Ovaska.
and Ovaska counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Baroni! He's just covering up as Ovaska starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
