The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Silva is trying to defend but Velasquez finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Silva is trying to stand up here but Velasquez is controlling him well.
Silva tries to kick Velasquez off in order to stand up. Velasquez Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Velasquez is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Silva's shoulder. That is not cool.

Diggs moves into range and clinches up with Rems.
Rems wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Diggs working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Diggs tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Rems's elbow.

Diggs lands a big uppercut and Rems is down! He's in big trouble - Diggs follows him to the mat!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Diggs lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Rems quite badly. Rems pulls Diggs in close trying to recover. Diggs postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Rems on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Rems doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Canner needs to keep his hands up - Totohami had a free shot at his head there.
