The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heiskanen just misses with a punch to the body.
Heiskanen throws a hook to the side of Psycho's head but Psycho sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Psycho shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Heiskanen manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Psycho wants to pass the guard but Heiskanen is keeping the position.

Psycho postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Heiskanen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Psycho, into his guard.


Psycho is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Heiskanen is aware though and is defending well.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mordecai Sackett.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sackett, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
