Boitsoff shoots in looking for a takedown but Waterson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Boitsoff's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Waterson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Breaker bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Rutten's head backwards.
Rutten pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Breaker looks to land a right hand but Rutten moved out of range.
Breaker tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rutten was well out of range. Poor timing from Breaker.
Rutten tries a quick counter leg kick but Breaker is wise to it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Breaker fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Breaker just misses with a punch to the body.
Breaker lands a jab to Rutten's midsection.
Breaker seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

As Rutten backs away, Breaker returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Stephensson throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Jones finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Stephensson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Jones throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Stephensson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jones's hands.

BOOM! Jones lands a beautiful left hook that drops Stephensson. Stephensson tries to recover but Jones is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Stephensson lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
