I think McGregor might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Foggy Dew / El Chapo. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sirven fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
We've been told by McGregor's head coaches at Bi-Polar Asylum LV's #1 Public Training Center that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
McGregor misses with a lunging right hand

and Sirven counters with a single leg into guard. McGregor didn't expect that.
Sirven controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sirven is pushing down on McGregor's leg trying to pass to half guard. McGregor is fighting to maintain full guard but Sirven has managed to sneak the leg through.

Sirven postures up and lands two really hard shots that put McGregor on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but McGregor doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jon Snitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Holly Shiet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holly Shiet struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 172.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Holly Shiet was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Steinhof looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Gormanson can't hide his disappointment, as Steinhof celebrates the victory.

He's out cold! McClain gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
