We've been hearing reports that Scar has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Oooooh!!! Susi has knocked Scar down with a huge combo! Susi steps away and waves a wobbly Scar back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Kalazzar Scar has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Scar tries to bum rush Susi with a series of wild strikes but Susi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Scar finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Susi's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Scar falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Shipman throws a hook to the side of Probong's head but Probong sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Shipman looks to land a combination but Probong avoids it well.
Probong connects with a good right hand that stumbles Shipman. Shipman circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
We've been hearing reports that Shipman has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Probong rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Shipman to counter with a crisp jab.
Probong tries to move into range but Shipman moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Probong is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beefrock misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Despite the aggression on Jansson's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Beefrock takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like Lump Beefrock has been cut.
Beefrock tries to land a front kick but Jansson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Jansson throws out a counter right but Beefrock avoids it with no problem.
Beefrock throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Jansson swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jansson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Beefrock.
Jansson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Beefrock throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Beefrock lands a big head kick that sends Jansson tumbling to the mat! Beefrock takes a step backwards and waves Jansson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Jansson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Beefrock sees it coming and avoids it easily.

It looked like Beefrock wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Beefrock throws a body shot but no joy.
Jansson is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Beefrock with a body shot.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Beefrock walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Beefrock steps in with a hook that catches Jansson right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Beefrock follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Jansson looks absolutely devastated.
