Cooper shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cooper showed some decent athleticism there.
Cooper is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Clavette is pressing down on Cooper's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Clavette working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cooper doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cooper manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Cooper has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Clavette is proving hard to escape from.
Clavette is looking to cinch up a triangle. Cooper throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Clavette's body to avoid the submission.
