The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Judah swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mekhar goes for a double leg but Judah avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Judah continues to drive forward.

Mekhar ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

We've been hearing reports that Mekhar has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Hooj bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Trzy's head.
Trzy avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Trzy feinted with a counter takedown.
Trzy lunges at Hooj with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hooj's hand.
Hooj tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Trzy was well out of range. Poor timing from Hooj.

Dwayne James had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.5lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight.
