The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Peace bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Aoki regains half guard.
Aoki is looking for a sweep. Peace is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Peace is pressing down on Aoki's thigh, looking to free his foot. Aoki is holding on for now.
Peace will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Peace trying to control the action but Aoki is working from the bottom.
Peace is looking to stall here but Aoki recovers full guard.

Hold rushes Johnson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Hold lands a body shot.

Johnson can't find room to land a body shot as Hold controls the action.
Johnson goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Johnson is breathing heavily.

Hold gets control of Johnson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hold will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Hold had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Johnson defends it easily.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Hold working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Johnson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Hold is tightening it up a little... Johnson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Johnson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Johnson taps out! Nice BJJ there by Hold!

Marx Jr fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Okalu sprawls well initially but Marx Jr persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
