Williams shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rakotonandrasana's guard.
Williams is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Rakotonandrasana is looking for a triangle but Williams pushes his legs off easily.
Williams controls from within his opponent's guard.

Rakotonandrasana looking for a guillotine here but Williams defends easily.
Williams has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Rakotonandrasana has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Williams can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Williams wants to pass the guard but Rakotonandrasana is keeping the position.
