Smith lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Shermann out cold! Shermann is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!

Khalafa walks straight into a right hand from Gordon - that's dropped him! Gordon jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Khalafa from any more punishment! Khalafa complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Kopylov tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kopylov has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The strikes coming from Kopylov are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Dumont felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Kopylov working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Anderson will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Newton up against the cage.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Luther Anderson.
Newton lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Anderson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Newton lands a left and a right that send Anderson crashing to the mat, dazed. Newton thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
