After the fight, Desmond Glass was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Kruschewsky has chosen Duke Ellington & John Coltrane - In a Sentimental Mood as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strong misses the shot to the body.
Slice scores with a jab. Strong acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Strong on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

It looks like Mark Strong has been cut.
Slice cracks the inside of Strong's front leg.
Slice definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Nice straight punches there by Strong. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Strong.
Strong closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Strong shoots in but Slice avoids the takedown attempt easily.
The fighters circling - Strong throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
It looked like Slice wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Slice throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Slice feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Strong sprawling to the canvas! Strong rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Slice finish him?!

Slice lands a big right hand that sends Strong crashing to the mat! Slice stays standing though and waves Strong back to his feet!

That has opened up Mark Strong's cut even more.
Strong looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Slice is fending him off so far but Strong persists. Nope, Slice circles away and we're back to standing.
Strong looks winded!

Slice sends Strong crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Slice is motioning to the referee to let Strong up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Strong is still on wobbly legs! Can Slice finish him?

The cut above Mark Strong's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Strong leaves his chin hanging out and Slice seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Strong crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
