Banks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Beast moves away.
Beast uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Banks.
Banks looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The crowd cheers as Banks lands an impressive looking overhand right. Beast doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Izzy Beast has been cut.
Banks slips under a jab from Beast.
Banks fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beast manages to avoid it.
Banks throws out a leg kick but Beast moves out of range and Banks only half commits.
Banks dips to his left and cracks Beast with an uppercut!

Nash Banks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hound bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Hound is trying to get an arm triangle but Wasa is defending well.

Hound thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Hound wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Wasa, who protects the arm well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wasa is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hound off and has taken his back!

Wasa is trying to stick to Hound's back but Hound is turning into Wasa. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Wasa's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Hound.

Hound drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wasa looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wasa looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wasa!

Hound has hold of Wasa's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Wasa tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hound cranks the arm and Wasa screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Wasa, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The Hound decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
