The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Datsik takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Datsik.
Flanagan pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Datsik back to the cage. Flanagan follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Flanagan is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Datsik pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Datsik walks straight into a right hand from Flanagan - that's dropped him! Flanagan jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Datsik from any more punishment! Datsik complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
