This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Darko might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Darko changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Al As tries to avoid it but Darko manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Al As to the ground. Al As escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Amr Al As has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Erick Darko.

Al As clobbers Darko with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Al As uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Darko.
Al As dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Darko. That did some damage!
Darko connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Darko cracks Al As with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Al As falls to his knees and Darko doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

After the fight, Erick Darko was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
