Malaki Lima acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Jamal has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Lima is really squeezing tight and eventually Jamal passes out! Lima breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Lemurian is looking to clinch.
Putin seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Lemurian is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Lemurian clinches up with Putin and pushes him back against the cage.

Putin gets control of Lemurian's arms and successfully pulls guard. Putin will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and Sam Margolis.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

Hines drives through and clinches with Aoki against the cage.

Aoki jumps into guard, dragging Hines to the mat.
Hines trying to control the position from guard on top but Aoki is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Aoki escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hines gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Aoki has his foot on Hines's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hines works his way back into a safe position though.

He's locked it up tight! Aoki's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Hines picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
