And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Benz Bulver!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Ron Honeybunn and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Human stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
The Human is looking to slow Bulver down with leg kicks.
The Human throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bulver sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Bulver misses the target.
As Bulver tries to get set, The Human tries to push him back and clinch up but Bulver manages to avoid the attempt.
An inside leg kick from The Human misses.
A combination from Bulver does no damage.
A right-left combo lands from Bulver.
Bulver tries to bum rush The Human with a series of wild strikes but The Human uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The Human misses the shot to the body.
The Human tries to clinch up.
A shot to the body from The Human misses
and Bulver counters with a nice uppercut.
Bulver wants to slow The Human down by chopping away at his legs.
The Human punishes Bulver's body with a nice straight punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bulver misses with a wild body shot.
Bulver lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bulver.
The Human lands a nice shot that snaps Bulver's head back.
Benz Bulver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bulver finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
The Human is looking to counter the offense by Bulver and move into the clinch.

Bulver moves out of range of the strikes.
Bulver displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Bulver avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bulver on the wrong end of a nice jab.
The Human looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bulver swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and The Human counters by moving into the clinch.
The Human throws a punch but it's blocked by Bulver.
The Human lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

The Human drags the fight down to the ground.

Bulver got a little sloppy there for a moment and The Human has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bulver has managed to get both his arms back between The Human's legs - danger averted.

The Human escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bulver gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The Human looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Bulver has picked The Human up and slammed him! The Human can't keep hold of the triangle and Bulver manages to pass to side control!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The Human gets back to half guard.
The Human tries to get to full guard but Bulver has control of the leg.
The Human is working hard here to advance position.
The Human moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

The Human looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bulver tries to stand but The Human is controlling from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Bulver wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of The Human's closed guard. He's half up but The Human has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! The Human pivots and extends the arm, Bulver falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by The Human! Well done that man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Finn The Human!
Finn The Human was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
Benz Bulver spoke after the fight, saying 'I've been beat on my whole life, this is nothing...'.
