The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sarkisyan tries to move into range but Odenson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Sarkisyan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Odenson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sarkisyan.
Sarkisyan has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Sarkisyan throws a low kick but Odenson moves out of range easily.
Odenson has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Sarkisyan is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Sarkisyan stalks Odenson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Odenson's face. Odenson staggers backwards, shaken.
Sarkisyan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
As Odenson looks to move away, Sarkisyan throws a big counter combo but Odenson just gets out of the way.
Odenson gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Sarkisyan counters with a nice uppercut.
Odenson misses with an uppercut. Sarkisyan saw that one coming.
Sarkisyan half committed to a counter leg kick.
Good leg kick by Odenson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Sarkisyan lands a big uppercut and Odenson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Odenson looks OK. Sarkisyan waves Odenson back to his feet!

Odenson is rocked!

Sarkisyan throws a monster overhand right that drops Odenson! Sarkisyan follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
