The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Light drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Max throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Light shoots for a double leg takedown but Max sprawls well. He's pushed Light's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Light is breathing heavily.

Max moves into the clinch.
Light wants a takedown.

Max has Light pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Light manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Light rolls with it to try and escape but Max cranks on the arm and Light is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Work drops Miller with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Miller looks back up at him and smiles so Work waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Work cracks Miller on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Miller falls backwards against the cage. Work follows up with more strikes that drop Miller to his knees. Work keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Miller! This one is all over!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Abbott lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Diehard has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Diehard and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bruce Diehard.
