The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer throws a leg kick

and Conlon counters with a single leg into guard. Spencer didn't expect that.

Conlon drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Spencer manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Conlon has Spencer in his guard.

Conlon is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Spencer rolls with it to try and escape but Conlon cranks on the arm and Spencer is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Tommy Conlon spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

Ward comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spazz - Crush Kill Destroy kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman!
