Better Dead seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brown looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dead is fending him off so far but Brown persists. Nope, Dead circles away and we're back to standing.
Brown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dead moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Brown shoots in for a takedown but Dead shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A little jabbing left from Dead on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Dead is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Brown clobbers Dead with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Brown connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Dead tries to land a leg kick but Brown saw it coming and moves away.
Brown tries to counter with a takedown but Dead is quick to defend against it.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dead, as that shot connected.
Brown darts in looking for a takedown but Dead gets double underhooks and turns Brown into the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Brown. That's going to take a lot out of him.

With the fighters up against the cage, Dead throws an elbow but misses.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Dead manages to break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that John Brown will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Oooooh!!! Dead has knocked Brown down with a huge combo! Dead steps away and waves a wobbly Brown back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Dead throws the kick towards the body but Brown avoids it.

The fighters circle, before Dead throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Brown's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Dead lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Rose enables De Santo Cristo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rose manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
De Santo Cristo throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rose works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Rose looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! De Santo Cristo has picked Rose up and slammed him! Rose can't keep hold of the triangle and De Santo Cristo manages to pass to side control!

Dall has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Oketch can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Dall is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Oketch has his hands clasped together but Dall extends and breaks Oketch's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Dall.
