Yamada has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stout is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Yamada tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Stout just stands there and leans against the ropes.
Yamada drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stout gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Quinn's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Quinn duly obliges.
Date swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Quinn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Date moves away.
Quinn throws a body shot but no joy.
Quinn misses with a body shot.
Date looks to score with a jab to the body but Quinn is just out of range.
Date clobbers Quinn with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Quinn staying out of range there.
Quinn throwing a counter right hand but Date manages to avoid it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Quinn. Date does a little dance to reset his feet.
Date lands a lovely overhand right.
Date moves out of range of the strikes.
Quinn lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A bone on bone clash there as Date blocks the leg kick.
Quinn slips a jab and a cross from Date.
Date misses with an uppercut.
Quinn ducks right into an uppercut from Date.
Quinn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Quinn swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Date connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Quinn with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Date to score with a decent uppercut.
Quinn is rocked!

and Quinn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Oh Quinn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Quinn falls off balance throwing a combination
and Date scores with a counter punch that sends Quinn to the canvas! Date smells blood - he's punishing Quinn with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Quinn has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
