Touro throws a low kick, looking for Starr's leg but Starr calmly moves out of range.
A jab from Touro does it's job there.

Touro closes the distance and clinches.

Starr has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Touro regains guard immediately.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
