Garcia went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Nickoson can't do much from the bottom here.
Dar remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Nickoson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dar has hold of Nickoson's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Nickoson seems comfortable defending it but Dar has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Nickoson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Nickoson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Dar couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Durak tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Smith cranks the arm and Durak screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Durak, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
