A relieved looking Masa Wasa thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Dennis Page was interviewed post fight and said 'I am at fault for this loss because I did not think my neighborhood hedge and tree trimmer was going to be able to fight since he spent no time in the gym...just outside cutting bush's...he is amazing at that for sure but still!'.
