The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Halonen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gaspare sprawls well. Gaspare wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Halonen gets slowly back to his feet.
Gaspare tries to close the distance and clinch up but Halonen swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Gaspare definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
