Piper tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nowak swivels and escapes.

Piper shoots in and bounces Nowak off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Piper stands up over Nowak, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Vash connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Tyme 's hands.

Tyme had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Vash defends it easily.

Vash has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Tyme escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vash gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Vash seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Tyme tries to move into range but Vash moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Tyme jumps guard but Vash stands there with Tyme around his waist. Tyme gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Well Vash has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
