The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Briscoe shoots and misses
and Lemode counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Charles Briscoe has been cut.
Briscoe looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Briscoe throws a hook to the side of Lemode's head but Lemode sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Briscoe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Despite the aggression on Lemode's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Briscoe doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Lemode lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Briscoe misses with a double jab
and Lemode counters with a stiff right hand.
Briscoe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lemode tries to avoid it but Briscoe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lemode to the ground. Lemode escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lemode drops Briscoe with a left right combo! Lemode follows him down to the ground into side control.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lemode decides to stand up, so the ref orders Briscoe to his feet.
Oh Briscoe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Lemode scores with a counter punch that sends Briscoe to the canvas! Lemode smells blood - he's punishing Briscoe with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Briscoe has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eldar Tskhadaia!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tskhadaia takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Cobb cracks Tskhadaia with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Tskhadaia fails in his attempt to clinch.
Tskhadaia swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Tskhadaia.
Tskhadaia walks straight into a right hand from Cobb - that's dropped him! Cobb jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Tskhadaia from any more punishment! Tskhadaia complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
