The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crowe doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Wall counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Crowe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wall as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Russel Crowe. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

A nice right hand lands inside from Wall.
Wall lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Wall lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Crowe or not.
Wall creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Crowe's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Crowe drops to his knees and Wall pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Starr is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Starr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McGregaw sprawls well. McGregaw wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Starr gets slowly back to his feet.
McGregaw really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Starr glances at the clock... BAM! McGregaw nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Starr crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Starr is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
