It looks like Kenny Knight has been cut.

Rinky Dink feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Knight sprawling to the canvas! Knight rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rinky Dink finish him?!
Oh Knight is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Knight switches off momentarily and Rinky Dink cracks him with a monster right hand! Knight topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Rinky Dink dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Rinky Dink!
