Kleinschmidt has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Tatum takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

It looks like Terry Tatum has been cut.
Tatum connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Kleinschmidt has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Tatum is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Kleinschmidt.
Kleinschmidt manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Kleinschmidt is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tatum is just riding it out for now. Kleinschmidt eventually gives up the hold.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kleinschmidt is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Tatum sees it coming and defends easily.
Tatum is trying to maintain the position but Kleinschmidt is very close to passing his half guard.
Kleinschmidt is pressing down on Tatum's thigh, looking to free his foot. Tatum is holding on for now.

Kleinschmidt is trying to work for a kimura but Tatum is defending well.
Tatum looks like he's trying to stand up.

Kleinschmidt working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tatum doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tatum manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kleinschmidt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tatum gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Tatum got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kleinschmidt has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tatum has managed to get both his arms back between Kleinschmidt's legs - danger averted.

Kleinschmidt has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Tatum should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Kleinschmidt has tightened it up now! Tatum should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
