The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Twelve tries for a takedown but Perkins sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Twelve tries to clinch up but Perkins circles away and keeps his distance.
Perkins misses with a hook. Twelve ducked under it nicely.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Perkins has eaten all the pies!
Twelve shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Perkins but Perkins pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Perkins looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Perkins leaves Twelve with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Kalani tries to keep at a distance but Stiglitz has taken the fight into the clinch.
Oh Kalani is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stiglitz creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Kalani's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Kalani drops to his knees and Stiglitz pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Shakouri changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Reginaldo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Reginaldo tries to bench press Shakouri off him but Shakouri keeps the position.

Reginaldo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Shakouri working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Clough feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nokka sprawling to the canvas! Nokka rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Clough finish him?!

Smith sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Khaan's defenses. It connects perfectly with Khaan's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
