Boxaaja's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Ueli is holding on here and Boxaaja must be using up a lot of energy. Ueli has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Boxaaja gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Kid moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hardy lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kid has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kid and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Nice uppercut lands for Kid. That snapped Hardy's head back.
Hardy throws a poor cross that misses
and Kid counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kid scores with a jab. Hardy acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Kid lands with a straight right. Hardy didn't see that one coming.
Nice defenses there by Kid.
Hardy throws a hook to the side of Kid's head but Kid sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kid ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Charlie Hardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardy looks to throw the jab but Kid is out of range.
Kid scores with a jab.
Hardy tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kid swivels and escapes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Kid counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kid fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Hardy is rocked!
Kid is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Hardy flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Hardy is out cold! Kid holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Disco Kid is the new bantamweight champion!
A very excited looking Disco Kid made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
