Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Barry Crocker (ranked 4457 p4p, 327 weight class) and Crush Bandicoot (ranked 4723 p4p, 339 weight class). Crush Bandicoot struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 146.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. On his way into the cage it seems that Barry Crocker has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Barry Crocker seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bandicoot darts in looking for a takedown but Crocker gets double underhooks and turns Bandicoot into the cage.
Crocker is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Bandicoot.
Crocker throws a jab but it's blocked by Bandicoot.
A countering left hand to the body from Bandicoot misses.
We've been hearing reports that Crocker has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Crocker will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Bandicoot fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Crocker avoids it really well and circles away.

Crocker's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Bandicoot is holding on here and Crocker must be using up a lot of energy. Bandicoot has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Crocker gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

That was a close round but I would say that Julius Wolf will probably get the nod.

Wolf looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Suoro with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whitaker throws a good cross that connects.
Whitaker lands a nice shot that snaps Moore's head back.
Moore shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Whitaker as he avoids it easily.
Moore throws a right and a left that Whitaker avoids nicely.
Whitaker has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Whitaker cracks Moore with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Moore tries to score a power double leg takedown but Whitaker sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Moore somewhat.
