The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ponce has taken the fight to the clinch.
Mikson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Ponce avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Mikson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Ponce breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Mikson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mikson goes for a double leg but Ponce avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ponce continues to drive forward.
Ponce seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Jean Ponce has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Mikson.

Jean Ponce seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It's a brutal combination of punches from Dillon! Weinstein is backing up but he can't get away as Dillon lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Weinstein and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Mikkonen drops Limbtwister with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Limbtwister looks back up at him and smiles so Mikkonen waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Mikkonen is stalking Limbtwister. Limbtwister circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Mikkonen, and it's lights out! Limbtwister really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
