Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Van Der Veer (ranked 23284 p4p, 616 weight class) and Lazar Markov (ranked 4517 p4p, 416 weight class). Van Der Veer had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anthony lands a big uppercut and Pascu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Pascu looks OK. Anthony waves Pascu back to his feet!
Look low, kick high! Anthony uses the oldest trick in the book to send Pascu tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Anthony is absolutely delighted - when Pascu wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
