Marques gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Umarov.
Marques's corner calls for a 1-2. Marques obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Marques shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Umarov eats them both and turns towards Marques to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Umarov is taking a breather. Marques says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

That was a close round but I would say that Timur Umarov will probably get the nod.

Umarov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Umarov half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Marques takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Marques displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Umarov.
