Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Test Seven!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 41 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Koko!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seven looks to score with a jab to the body but Koko is just out of range.
Koko throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Seven cracks Koko with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Koko lands with a cross.
Seven misses the jab.
Seven lands a right hook to the body.
Koko throws the left hand but Seven avoids the punch easily.
Koko throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Seven stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The fight stays on the outside here - Seven looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A big right from Koko misses.
Seven has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Koko.
Seven uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Koko.

Koko drops Seven with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Seven looks back up at him and smiles so Koko waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Koko digs a good hook to Seven's body.
Koko lands an uppercut, right on the button! Seven tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nukem throws a right hand that misses
letting Fossmo counter with a right hand.
Duke Nukem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nukem thuds his right hand into Fossmo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Nukem is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fossmo.
Fossmo was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Nukem paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Nukem throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nukem lands with an overhand left.
Nukem throws a right hand that Fossmo ducks under and follows up with a left that Fossmo also avoids with ease.
Fossmo slips under a jab.
Fossmo flicks out a counter leg kick but Nukem steps away.
Fossmo defending well as Nukem loads up on a big left hand.
Nukem backing away here, and Fossmo unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Nukem connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Fossmo's hands.
Fossmo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Nukem.

Nukem lands a left and a right that send Fossmo crashing to the mat, dazed. Nukem thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Nukem throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fossmo was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

Nukem throws a hook but Fossmo blocks it.
Fossmo doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Nukem looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nukem connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Fossmo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Fossmo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Nukem.
Nukem throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A nice side step and Fossmo releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Fossmo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nukem fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fossmo manages to avoid it.

Nukem misses with a hook. Fossmo ducked under it nicely.

Fossmo moves away from the strike by Nukem.
A little jabbing left from Fossmo on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nukem scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Fossmo doesn't seem bothered though.

Nukem's corner calls for a 1-2. Nukem obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Nukem shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fossmo's guard.
Nukem is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Nukem wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fossmo keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nukem lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Nukem shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Nukem showed some decent athleticism there.
Nukem lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Fossmo! More strikes land and this one is all over! Nukem jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

Tommy Tate decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
